Stayed here for a wedding near(ish) and booked to be with others. Smart, new block, overlooking a large lake and distant freeway on one side and the car park of the shopping centre that this is above on the other. The apartment itself - obviously quite new. Generally clean and comfortable and well equipped, although we had to chase reception to get more than two coffee pods for our stay and more than one fork! (Quickly and easily remedied, but surely should have been checked during room prep?). Small supermarket and huge bottle shop on ground floor, with various cafe and restaurants (Palestinian one with superb food).

We booked a week long stay with our daughter, we missed the first day of room service attending to the room we put our sign out for a clean on Good Friday and received a text message to say all room cleaning would resume the following Tuesday. Good Friday I can understand as it’s a very significant holiday but the Saturday Sunday and Monday I found to be bizarre and the only place I’ve ever had this occur. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and in a fantastic location but the lack of servicing over a long weekend when you have a family holiday doesn’t really work.
